1. Acceptance of terms

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Description of service

TERRAIN AI Framework is a free, community-maintained resource — the published book chapters, phase and values guides, blog and AI Economics writing, community case studies, and an AI-powered "Ask TERRAIN" Copilot grounded in the site's own published content. Nothing on this site is sold.

3. Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, submit abusive or false content through its forms, or try to manipulate the AI Copilot into producing content unrelated to the framework.

4. User-submitted content

Case studies, feedback, and other community submissions are reviewed by the TAIF team before anything is published — nothing goes live automatically. By submitting, you confirm the content is your own or you have the right to share it, and you grant TAIF the right to publish, edit for clarity, and attribute it as submitted. You retain ownership of what you write.

5. The AI Copilot

The "Ask TERRAIN" Copilot answers using the site's own published material. It can be incorrect or incomplete, and it is not a substitute for reading the actual framework or book — treat its answers as a starting point, not authoritative guidance.

6. Intellectual property

The TERRAIN AI Framework book and site content are the intellectual property of Amod Desai unless otherwise credited. Community-submitted case studies remain the property of their authors. Don't republish substantial portions of the book or site without permission — linking to a page is always fine.

7. Third-party services and links

This site uses Clerk (sign-in), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), and links to or embeds content from third parties (Amazon, YouTube, LinkedIn). Those services are governed by their own terms, and this site isn't responsible for their content or availability.

8. No warranties

Content is provided as-is, for informational purposes. It isn't professional, legal, or financial advice, and no guarantee is made about its accuracy or completeness.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site and its maintainers aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of it.

10. Termination

Access to this site, or to specific accounts/submissions, can be limited or discontinued at any time, for any reason, without notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
